This was an amazing novel and an amazing series. Seeing Cassandra complete the missions of the riddles was amazing, and she did them with so much bravery. I'm glad she wasn't a meek character who had to have her 6 men do everything for her. In fact, she did a lot of things without their knowing!
I guessed who was going to be the new queen in book 2, but I am intrigued on how the promise will go... that was a very interesting scene.
This book has everything: sexy pirates, mermaids, dragons, war, royalty - you name it. I loved it so much and I know this will be a reread series in my future!
