There aren't many alien books out there that I like, but thankfully this is one of the few I enjoyed. I do have to agree with many other reviewers and say this book had many similarities with Jennifer L. Armentrout's Lux series. But I love that series, so I'm not complaining, and there are some differences too.
I love the aspect of light and dark, and soulmates that can't be together. I was kept guessing through the book, such I love, and I'm just waiting for Maxx and Aura to find a way to be together.
I'm glad I finally got around to reading this and am excited to start the next book!
