I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.
This was a sweet, friends-to-lovers novel. I loved that this was set in Illinois (since I'm an Illinois gal) and that both main characters came home for the holidays.
I thought this book had a lot of flash backs and didn't really stick to the present, but it was sweet to see how they grew up with each other.
Carson and Felicity both had their own inner demons to work out through this novel and a lot of things to talk about in order to get to the same conclusion.
I'm glad I got the chance to read this book!
