I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review. 

I've really enjoyed all of the books and characters in this series, so I was very excited to dive into this world again and visit the beautiful Alaska that everyone loves in this storyline. 

Alice is amazing. I love that's she's a vet and how much she connected with her pup. I do think she's a bit too trustworthy of others when she shouldn't and she seems to not have a lot of confidence at times. Other times, though, she's very confident. Honestly it shows how human, and real life, she is.

Jonah is very swoon-worthy but also frustrating at times. He kept a lot of things to himself, which I totally understand because no one should have to go through that terrible experience. But he really needed to keep talking to someone who could help him instead of ignoring the help he needed. 

I'm very happy I got the chance to read this book and can't wait to see what happens in the next book!
