I received this free eARC novel from NetGalley. This is my honest review.
I really enjoyed this novel. Nora is determined to change her life around and honestly? I feel like she did a really good job throughout the school year. Some people find it hard to change their life 360 degrees, but Nora really stuck to her guns and made sure she didn't screw up this year. The only thing I found frustrating was her secrecy for things. Like when her and Crosbie started to like each other, she wanted to keep it away from Kellan because they had a "rule"... Seriously? He's not your dad, Nora!! Just tell him what's up and accept the backlash. It wasn't as bad as she thought and things got better. And the other secret? Yeah...she should have found a way to get that out in the open before it exploded in her face.
Overall this was a good novel. I think with a little less secrets, it would have been a great novel. Either way, I'm glad I got a chance to read this book!
