I received this free eARC novel from NetGalley. This is my honest review.
So this cover? It definitely does not give the right vibe for this novel! It looks all light hearted and easy-go-lucky, but this is actually a dark book. Full of mystery, twists-and-turns, and surprises. Doesn't mean I didn't like it, but I was just surprised at the turn that this book took and how I was not prepared for it at all!
I really liked Dani. She's had a hard life, and after being told the truth about everything she thought she knew, she took it in stride and tried to fix all of the problems that have happened. Her and Gavin together was adorable and heartbreaking all at the same time.
I'm glad I got a chance to read this novel and I'm intrigued about the last pair of this group... I may have to find the next book and see how that pans out in the end!
