Review: Only Once by Ashley Munoz

Only Once Only Once by Ashley Munoz
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review.

This was a great second chance romance story. I really like Bex and how hard she works for her kids. You can feel the love she has for them through the pages and can't help but root for her to find her happily ever after.

Bex and Ryan have a hard time communicating with each other, which made this book go back and forth a lot between them. There was a lot of miscommunication and lack of information that would have made their lives a lot easier if they just talked about what they were feeling.

Overall I enjoyed this novel and I think readers will love it too!

Review: My Wicked Heart by T.L. Smith

My Wicked Heart My Wicked Heart by T.L. Smith
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review.

After the ending of book 1, I instantly dived into this next installment, eager to see what happens next. And I inhaled this book in one sitting, greedily taking in every amazing word that this author wrote.

Rylee and August have this connection that is impossible to explain. They are IT for each other, but there are so many reasons why they are constantly finding themselves separated from each other. And I feel like their communication skills could be improved too.

I love Rylee's family, and seeing the little moments that are usually taken granted for be many of the things they purposely do every day is fantastic.

I really didn't expect to show this series as much as I did, but now I feel the need to read all of T. L. Smith's novels! I definitely recommend this book to readers! I'm also hoping a novel about Beckham will happen?!? :)

Review: Laces by Tempi Lark

Laces Laces by Tempi Lark
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review.

Oh my, that ending though. Honestly, this entire book blew me away! Every single secret that is released, every crazy detail that's given, kept me in my toes the entire time.

I really felt like I shouldn't have been rooting for Laces and Gambrielle considering they are in an asylum, but the attraction between the two of them is crazy intense that I just couldn't help myself!

I really feel for Gambrielle and the crazy life she's had, and I'm 100% hoping she gets her justice. And I how for her sake she gets some tougher skin in order to survive the asylum she now calls home.

And I'm very interested to know more about Laces - especially about the drawings he does and why, and how he has such a pull in a place where he is supposed to be a minion.

If I looked at Goodreads correctly, this is the authors debut book?! If so, she did a fantastic job with everything and I was completely sucked into this story and need more sooonnn!!!! So glad I got the chance to read this eARC and now I've added another author on my need to read asap!

Review: Much Ado About You by Samantha Young

Much Ado About You Much Ado About You by Samantha Young
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.

This book resonates with me so much, being the same age as Evie, our love of books and words, and a feeling of lost hope at times. It felt like this book was written about me! And it think any reader has been through some of these emotions, so they will also be able to connect with this novel.

I'm not at all familiar with Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare, and even though this book does refer to that story, it isn't the main focus of this story. It does make me want to try to read it, though, but I need to be in the right mind set for a story like that.

I love Evie and Roane's story so much, I'm not sure if I can express how much! I love how they met, when Evie saved Roane's dog Shadow (I live for dogs!), I love watching Evie find herself and her passion in life, and I love the romance and friendships that were built during Evie's adventure. The secret that was revealed was actually quite adorable after everything was settled down.

And Evie should consider being a therapist or a life coach, because she sure does have a magical way of helping everyone around her. Though I'm sure being a bookseller and an editor keeps her plenty busy!

I am so glad that Samantha Young wrote this fantastic novel and I can't wait to see what her next masterpiece is!

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.

I really liked this final book in the series! Millie had gone through so much in her short life, but boy did she step up when it was needed. I loved the end conclusion and where everyone ended up - I think it was so perfect.

Now that all of the books are out, I may try to reread them back to back so all of the details are fresh in my mind one day. I think readers are going to devour this book and love every minute of this crazy adventure that Millie finds herself in!

Review: The F It List by Alexis Winter

The F It List: A Friends to Lovers Romantic Comedy The F It List: A Friends to Lovers Romantic Comedy by Alexis Winter
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author.  This is my honest review.

I am so glad we got Cora's story, because she was going through an emotional rollercoaster in Harley's story.  I love that she got the chance to learn about herself.  She figured out her wants and needs and put herself first instead of changing her true self to make a significant other happy.  That is how it is supposed to be, and I'm glad Grayson was there for her journey to make sure she was happy and content with her life.

Grayson is so patient and loving.  He has always been attracted to Cora, but since she was already taken, he wasn't going to get in her way of a happily ever after with another man.  Many people would butt themselves in the middle and cause a lot of drama, but not Grayson, which I admire.

I'm glad I got the chance to read this novel and I'm looking forward to more by this author.

Review: Vince by Amanda Shelley

Vince Vince by Amanda Shelley
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review.

Even though this is book 2 in the series, you can definitely read it as a standalone and still understand what is going on. That's what I did!

This is a sweet novel about two great characters taking a chance on exploring the connection they have with each other. The slow burn romance is sweet as well as torture waiting for Sydney and Vince to realize how deep their feelings goes.  I loved seeing both of them with Jules and how patient they were.

This was a good book and I'm glad I got the chance to read it!

Review: Grumpaholic by Jagger Cole

Grumpaholic Grumpaholic by Jagger Cole
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author.  This is my honest review.

Jagger Cole comes up with great novels and characters, and this book did not disappoint on either front!  I love Ella and Cormac and the enemies-to-lovers setting that this provided.  I love that Ella gives everything she has toward Cormac and really stands up for herself and her opinions.  And Cormac has gotten lost along the way to be rich, but Ella was right there to bring him back to his real self.

This book was definitely steamy and intense, and I think readers will enjoy the struggle and banter between the two characters.  Really glad I got the chance to read this novel!

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.

I really love this series and I'm really glad it's a box set for the next time I want to binge through it quickly again! Karma and her gang are hilarious and seeing Karma discover the secrets of her past through this series was phenomenal.

Readers will love the twists and turns that happen thriving this story. The only part I'm bummed about is that the cover model doesn't have the vibrant red hair of the original, separate covers, but I can get over that :)

Very glad I got the chance to read this series!

Review: Throne of Power by Rina Kent

Throne of Power Throne of Power by Rina Kent
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review.

Holy carumba! This book is INTENSE and I loved it so much! I loved how tough and brave the main female character is and how she takes no crap from all of the men she had to work with.

And the main male character is full of mysteries and intrigue and his reaction to his wife is fantastic. She wasn't supposed to be part of his end game, but after getting to know her, he won't let her go now.

That ending was brutal and I'm sad I have to wait until the next book is out. Thankfully it's less than a month, so hopefully that time goes by quickly because I need more! So glad I got the chance to read this book!

Review: Beautiful Things Evil People Do by Kailee Reese Samuels

Beautiful Things Evil People Do Beautiful Things Evil People Do by Kailee Reese Samuels
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review.

The author said this is one of her happier books that she's written, and I'm very glad this was my first book by her! It's a good book to ease into her writing style and see if this author would be a good fit for your reading tastes.

I definitely enjoyed this book and seeing the two characters intensely struggle over the decisions they are faced shows how much they are growing into themselves.

There was a lot of back and forth, running from the present issues, not communicating to one another that got a bit repetitive at times. But I loved the sweet moments that occurred.

This book packs a lot of heavy messages and I think the characters were depicted well with in each issue. This was the first book like this that I've read, and I'll definitely be intrigued with more novels by this author!

Review: Bad Princess by N. E. Henderson

Bad Princess Bad Princess by N.E. Henderson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review.

I am blown away by how much I loved this book! I really didn't expect that but I'm ever so glad I decided to read and review this!

Sienna is a spitfire and stubborn to boot. I love her attitude of life and how she is able to defend herself without any aid from a man.

And I love Matteo and his need for Sienna. To bad he didn't feel that way toward her in high school though.

My all time, favorite part of this book? Brooklyn. And especially Brooklyn and Dom interacting together. It warms my heart and makes me laugh hysterically at the same time.

I am committed to this series now and am impatiently waiting for the next book to see what else happens to this very dramatic family!

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.

Oh boy! This book blew me away! I loved the tension and attraction between Barrett and Delphine. And I love the story about both of these characters working their tail off to get where they are today.

The sexual scenes were on fire between these two and really showed how close they were getting.

I loved all of the twists and turns and seeing both characters let down their walls. Jagger did another fantastic job writing a story that sucked me in and had me reading this book in one sitting! So glad I got the chance to read this novel!

This was a nice, short, steamy book that was gifted to Samantha Young's newsletter followers! I really enjoyed these characters and could definitely read a whole book about them.

I loved the connection between these two characters and it was sweet how they finally fessed up to their feelings.

I'm really glad I got a chance to read this special holiday surprise!

Review: Wanted Dead Or In Love by Giulia Lagomarsino

Wanted Dead Or In Love Wanted Dead Or In Love by Giulia Lagomarsino
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author and Wildfire Marketing Solutions. This is my honest review.

I've been along for the ride of the Cortell Brothers since book 1, so I was extremely happy to see Josh's story and find out what happened to him! And I can't believe this story took a span of 7 years!

I have to admit that I admire how quick Josh was to adapt to his new life, and how quickly he thinks on his feet.

The female character was a bit of a headache for me. She lied about herself and her past, even though Josh risked everything being around her, and then she messed things up at the end with her weird, new guilt for old memories. She was pretty great in the middle, but I just had a few issues with her.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book and I'm curious what will happen with that very open ended ending we are left with.

Review: Prey by Hannah McBride

Prey Prey by Hannah McBride
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.

I really can't believe that this is the authors debut series. I get sucked into this story 100% and find myself holding my breathe when tensions are running crazy high. Hannah is a phenomenal author who can really trap a reader into her stories, and I seriously cannot get enough!

Skye and Remy are fantastic, just like in book 1. I love seeing them grow closer together and learning how their relationship works. They haven't been together long, but their connection is so intertwined it's beyond what many couples experience.

I also want to hug Skye and never let go. This girl is beyond brave and she is so so selfless, I aspire to be her one day. I don't get how she can have that viewpoint in life after the life she's lived, but she is my hero.

Remy is still so intense when it comes to Skye, which is amazing. He is also learning the do's and don't's when it comes to a relationship, and seeing both of them grow is fascinating.

There are some new characters that are introduced in this book, and some crazy jaw dropping moments that leave you stunned. You will laugh, you will cry, and you will be left wanting book 3 asap.

I binged this book, never stopping, not eating, nothing. Started and finished it in one sitting, so I advise that when you sit down to start reading, you better not have any plans for the rest of the day, because you will not be able to put this down.

I am very grateful that I discovered this amazing author and that I'm experiencing her talent from the very beginning. If you haven't, you must read her books now!

Compulsion Compulsion by Martina Boone
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

I've been wanting to read this series for awhile and finally got around to it! Sadly, I wasn't able to get into it well enough to hold my attention or interest through the book. I'm not really sure why, to be honest, but I felt a disconnect with the characters and the storyline that made it a bit of a struggle for me.

I know many readers have enjoyed this book a lot, but it just wasn't for me.

Review: The Fourth Time Charm by Maya Hughes

The Fourth Time Charm The Fourth Time Charm by Maya Hughes
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.

This series gets me entry time - I instantly fall in love with the characters and cannot stop reading. Marisa and LJ have been here since the beginning and I'm so glad we finally get their story, because we all knew they were hiding something this whole time.

And I really love the fact that both of these characters are from a struggling background and just trying to keep afloat. It makes it feel very real for a girl like me who was also in that similar situation.

As always, friends-to-lovers novels are a bit harder for me because the characters are always hiding everything, but because I KNOW these characters, I was able to get past that and really get invested into their story.

I'm so very grateful to have read this eARC and I'm looking by forward to many more novels by this author!
