Brooke and Lev had a wild ride in their novel! First off Brooke is too nice of a person. If my ex decided to abandon me multiple times, I never would have saved his sorry ass. I would have told Lev to do what he had to do and leave me out of it. 

But the tension between these two was intense. I get why Brooke was resistant when she discovered Lev's betrayal, but they just connect with each other really well so they were fated to cave into their attraction.

The amount of betrayal that happened in this book is ridiculous and the ending is a cliffhanger, just an FYI. I'm not committed enough to go through more drama to get to the inevitable happily ever after, so i don't care to read the next one. It was a good book and I'm glad I read it.
