Review: Unrivaled

Unrivaled Unrivaled by Alyson Noel
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from Edelweiss in exchange for my honest review.

I found this very hard to get into, honestly. I don't know if it is because of the Hollywood life that I've never even imagined myself in, or if the characters were just too high strung and high maintenance for me to like, but everything about this storyline was a bit too much for me, sadly.

Layla, Aster, and Tommy all had their issues and their reason for wanting to be a part of the competition for the clubs, and they all had their good points...well mainly. But I just saw a bunch of people fighting over the popular club and then not wanting to do any work that they need to do, but want their team to do it for them.

I didn't even get to the part where Madison disappears because I lost interest in this book and started reading new ones that kept my interest through the whole novel. Maybe one day I will try it again, but it won't be for awhile for me.

I am very glad I got an eARC of this novel to read, though! It just wasn't the right time for me to read it, I guess.
