Review: Wolf by Bella Love-Wins

Wolf Wolf by Bella Love-Wins
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Rose lives a simple life. She takes care of her grandmother and she works 6 days a week waitressing. Simple. Or so she makes it look like to everyone around her. The truth is, she's hiding her true identity, and she's constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop. Rose is prepared for anything that comes her way, and she will fight to the death to see another day.

But when The Hunter - Thorne - shows up, she can't figure him out. She fights with him and is trying to stay out of his sight, but Thorne was assigned to watch her, observe her. He hasn't figured out why, yet; all he knows is this is an easy assignment for him after his last couple of jobs.

Thorne realizes that this isn't a normal girl, though, especially when she KNOWS that he is around her, even if she can't see him. No one knows when he is watching her, so that alone makes him understand that this girl is something else.

When the real reason Thorne is in town comes blazing in, Thorne and Rose both are going to have to let their guard down to trust one another, but trusting anyone may be the one mistake that ends their lives.

This was a great novel! I loved Rose so much, and Thorne was a tough, moody, sexy man who I couldn't get enough of. Rose, though, she's a great character and she is so strong. She is a fighter and she doesn't give up. At all. And she is loyal to the 3 most important people in her life, making sure they aren't around when shit hits the fan.

The attraction between Rose and Thorne was catching the pages on fire with how intense it was. It did move a bit faster than I think it woud have in real life, especially with how much they didn't trust each other at the beginning, but overall it was good.

I'm really glad I got a chance to read this, and I will definitely be looking for more books in this series to see how all of the stories pan out!
