Review: Best Friend's Sister by Alexis Winter

Best Friend's Sister Best Friend's Sister by Alexis Winter
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.

I have been with this family from the beginning and I have adored each of their stores, but I really liked Hudson's! I don't typically like best-friends sibling stories because there are so many secrets and lies that happen through the whole book, but I was able to get past this in this novel.

I really feel for Deven and all the terrible crap she's been through. Granted, she did a lot of it on her own for attention, but no 13 year old should have to cry out for a parents love.

From the beginning, the sparks between Deven and Hudson were off the charts, and they only got hotter with every scene.

I loved seeing the other Slade Brothers and their families, and I'm glad that all of the brothers are together and settled down now. With A LOT of kids to handle too.

I'm really glad I got a chance to read this novel and the series and I can't wait to see what else Alexis Winter comes up with next!
